It is very easy to show related posts in blogpost with thumbnails you have to insert a small widget in your blogger template.
How it works
Login to your blogger account and go to design > edit html. Here expand your template
Now locate the </head> in template ( use browser find option ctrl+f )
Now paste the following code(get code) just before </head>
Now find following line
<div class='post-footer-line post-footer-line-1'> or <p class='post-footer-line post-footer-line-1'> ( you will find one these lines )
Place the following code (get code ) after these lines
